Symbol Name/Details
National Flag Tiranga — A horizontal tricolour of Deep Saffron (top), White (middle), and India Green (bottom) with a navy blue Ashoka Chakra (24 spokes) in the centre.
National Emblem State Emblem of India — Adapted from the Lion Capital of Ashoka at Sarnath, featuring four Asiatic lions standing back-to-back (only three visible). Below are a horse and a bull, with the motto "Satyameva Jayate" (Truth Alone Triumphs) in Devanagari script.
National Anthem "Jana Gana Mana" — Composed by Rabindranath Tagore. Officially adopted in 1950. Duration: approx. 52 seconds.

National Calendar Saka Calendar — Adopted on 22 March 1957 alongside the Gregorian calendar for official use.
National Currency Indian Rupee (?) — Symbol adopted in 2010; issued and managed by the Reserve Bank of India.
National Game Hockey — Traditionally considered the national sport, though not officially declared by the government.
